This was a beautiful property on Hove seafront with a stunning view of the sea from the bathroom window. The client wanted the seafront location to be reflected in the bathroom design.
We transformed the bathroom into a large wet-room and created a feature wall in the shower with beautiful Emerald scallop tiles to fit the sea-side theme.
The rest of the bathroom was kept light with neutral white-sand tones and wood-effect tiles on the floor to maintain the natural ambience of the space. A calming vibe was created by introducing a stunning frameless back-lit round mirror above the vanity unit.
The client required a seat in the shower with an adjacent rail for mobility reasons and was really keen that she did not want to compromise on style when introducing these more functional elements to the design. We therefore integrated a seat into the shower area which was tied in with the tiles and adds a feature, rather than a distraction, to the scheme. The adjacent rail doubles up as an extra space to hang towels. What an uplifting and calming space to start the day in!
