Reporting to: Store Manager
Who we are
Pier1 Bathrooms is an award-winning, design-led bathroom showroom based in Hove, specialising in high-end, thoughtfully designed spaces. As KBB Bathroom Retailer of the Year 2024, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional client experience, underpinned by strong design expertise, clear communication, and a collaborative team culture.
We create beautifully considered bathrooms that balance aesthetics, functionality, and longevity, working with a diverse client base – from private homeowners to developers and designers.
While we offer supply-only, our speciality lies in our end-to-end design service. We guide clients from initial inspiration through to fully resolved CAD designs, carefully specified products, and installation-ready technical packs – simplifying what can often be a complex process.
At our core, we are a team that values high standards, attention to detail, and continuous improvement – creating a showroom environment that is both professional and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
