Our bathroom is tiny so we didn’t imagine we could move things around but that’s what made the difference - by using a design service. Having visited our home and talked with us, Imman presented a clever solution that really surprised us and matched our taste and priorities. The products to choose from are vast and quality; visuals are very helpful; changes of mind (during this early stage) are easily accommodated. We created our own vanity unit that was fit into the plan. It was up to us to guide the installers. We chose to use installers that Pier 1 have worked with. Our bathroom no longer seems tiny. It’s practical and very beautiful.

If you’re looking for outstanding customer service while creating your dream bathroom, look no further than Imman at Pier1! 🙌🏻
Imman was so lovely to work with - professional, efficient, and went the extra mile on every step of the process (finding discounts where possible, recommending cost-effective options we hadn’t considered, and even offering care & maintenance advice on our bathroom furniture!).
She managed to put together a really stunning design that ticked all of our boxes whilst remaining within our relatively tight budget, and provided us with a full quote within the hour after our meeting!!
Thank you so much for all of your help Imman, your customer service was truly memorable. I would not hesitate to recommend Imman to anyone looking to bring their bathroom ideas to reality ✨

We used Pier 1 to design our bathroom and shower rooms for a renovation project. Their design ideas were brilliant, products really lovely and a good range from high to mid to more budget options to suit our needs. They also assist with tile choices to achieve the overall look which saves huge amounts of time and decision making. Imman was lovely to deal with and has been helpful since completion with any questions I have had. Would highly recommend them.

Not the cheapest of design companies but you get what you pay for. We are very happy with our design and the quality of the fitting. One small point is that there was a slight underestimate of the number of wall tiles needed, which meant a delay in completing the project. However, additional tiles were ordered and the delay was kept to a minimum.

The standard of work by their recommended fitter was really very good and he coped with everything thrown at him.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pier 1 bathrooms.

Oustanding from start to finish. Excellent design concept, wide choice of items and perfect recommendations, highly accurate information for our installer, great attention to detail and customer service. I felt that Imman wanted us to get the best possible bathroon and was on ourt side from the start. A very happy customer.

I cannot say enough good things about Pier1 Bathrooms. Imman helped us design two absolutely stunning bathrooms. Both of them were odd shapes and quite small, so it required a lot of careful planning to make sure everything fit and worked correctly - we definitely could not have done it ourselves. She worked with us and our budget to create exactly what we wanted, and was always quick and helpful. We're so pleased with the final outcome!

I am delighted both with Pier1 Bathroom’s design (by Rosie) of my en-suite shower room and its highly professional implementation by their selected contractors (Unique Bathrooms). It is now a real pleasure and experience to use.
