If you have your own installers at the ready, we will liaise with them to ensure they have everything they need to make your installation a success, including full plans and technical specifications. If you have not selected an installer, we will be happy to appoint one of our superb recommended installers for you, whose work we know to be of the highest quality.

We communicate closely with them throughout the install to ensure everything goes to plan and we oversee the process from start to finish. We like to come out to site personally once the install is complete to ensure all parties are happy before signing the project off.
How We Work
Once we have designed your dream bathroom, we will work through the design with our recommended installers, discussing all of the features, fixtures and finishes.
They will then provide us with a price for the full install which we will present to you during your design presentation. In certain cases, they may wish to visit your site to complete a survey, for example if there are any quirky structural elements in the room. If you are happy to proceed, we will take a deposit to secure the installers on your behalf and we will arrange a date for the install to commence. Your installers will arrange a payment schedule with you personally.
