What you should expect at your Bathroom Design Appointment?

They will complete all of the work for you, allowing you to shift your focus on other things.
Inspiration
We work in 4 simple steps. Firstly, before visiting us, collect ideas from your favourite magazines, Pinterest boards, Instagram page or come into our showroom for an introductory appointment with one of our designers to discuss our displays, brochures, and samples over a hot cup of coffee.
We’d like to learn more about your personal style choices, practical needs, likes and dislikes, and what you consider to be the ideal bathroom.
Site Visit
Your designer will schedule a visit to your home to take measurements and conduct a thorough technical inspection of your bathroom. If your bathroom has yet to be built, we are happy to work from plans.
At this point, we’ll go over a detailed brief and checklist with you, going over your needs, budget, and inspiration to make sure we’re on the same page about what you want from the space.
Your Space Re-imagined
If you wish to proceed, we will require a £300 design deposit, which will be fully repaid when your bathroom order is placed. Your designer will next use our Virtual Worlds 3D programme to design your magnificent new bathroom, combining years of industry experience with their design flair to completely transform your space.
We’ll work within your timeframe and budget, infusing our magic to make your bathroom truly unique.
Design Presentation
You’ll be invited into the store for your design presentation, which will include a virtual walkthrough of your bathroom on our giant screen as well as a complete quote. (If you are unable to attend the showroom, we can present our design presentations virtually or by email.) We’ll have samples of your tile, furnishings, and finishes on hand to help you visualise your new bathroom’s appearance and feel.
We’ll receive payment for your products and produce designs for your installers to work from once we’ve made any necessary adjustments.
Should you wish to work with one of our suggested installers, we’ll go through all of the fees and arrangements at the same time. We’ll make sure your bathroom supplies arrive in pristine shape and are ready to use when you need them.
